I've never been to the US. It was always a terra non grata to me. A superficial soap country that couldn't keep its hands to itself. But the truth is that I myself am also an American. I've read American books, I've watched American movies, I've listened to American music. I've dreamt American dreams. Now is the time to confront my prejudices, and look my other self in the face. Now is the time to go to the US.


Jacob Schmidt-Madsen is a 30 years old storyteller and game writer. He's been engaged in a wide range of projects combining games, learning, drama, and story. He's traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, and Australia. When he isn't at home working or abroad traveling, he attends anthropology and comparative culture classes at the University of Copenhagen.
